Welcome to my Photography Blog!
My name is Wendy. By day, I’m a worker bee. By night, I’m a Suburban Misfit and amateur photographer. What exactly is a Suburban Misfit you ask? Well, let’s put it this way. I’m a late 20-something, who is not married, has no kids, and lives in a suburban neighborhood in the country. Most of my “kind” live in the city in their loft or in Boulder in their trendy (albeit small) apartment in the foothills. My neighbors are mostly families, truck drivers, cowboys, and retired couples. They make living in the burbs interesting.
I’m also a Colorado girl through and through. I was born here and probably won’t ever leave. This is me drinking an Arnold Palmer in the snow. Now that’s hard core.
At the end of 2010, I received a hand-me-down Nikon D70 as a gift from my Dad. Since then, I have been experimenting with photography and Photoshop. This blog is my way of sharing the good and bad from my photo adventures. I hope you enjoy!
